So, do you think that organizations such as Elite Hunting (people who kidnap tourists and sell them to torturers, depicted in the movie Hostel) exist?. I heard that Eli Roth, the director, once was offered something similar in Bangkok. Maybe there are some other places where this shit goes on. If it is so, do you have any stories about it?

Given that you can go to third world nations and buy peoples children or shoot their livestock with military grade weapons if you got enough cash, yes. I am supremely confident there are places in the poor rural spots of the world where you can whip out the benjies to give someone a chainsaw colonoscopy. Hell, I'd be surprised if the Mexican cartels don't do it.

I'm not so sure.
Tourists would probably be easy targets, and wouldn't raise as much suspicion if they go missing, as they aren't from the area.
Locals would know something's up if everyone in their neighborhood started going missing.

No. Tourists are middle class or above from wealthy nations. Locals are a dime a dozen.
