Can lucid dreaming affect waking reality?
Is the dreamworld an alternate universe?
I cannot fathom how lucid dreams can feel so fucking real. They have made me completely question what we call "reality"
You can learn to use your expanded dreaming awareness in order to sort of touch and receive energy and information from and about the waking world
I think affecting it is possible, though the influence we have over it is somewhat limited compared to a dream
I am practicing I think I have found a way to make my mind channel the energy in a tesla coil
Seems that the resonance and frequency can be tapped into and I hope one day I will be able to produce some sort of physical effect

To put it simply, no it can't, in any major way at least. It can, hovewer, change you and you can, to some degree, change reality by conventional means.
Sometimes you may roll around or make noise

Mmm. You can try starting here:
Can you affect waking reality?
Then:
Can lucid dreaming affect you?
Then: Can lucid dreaming affect you, therefor affect waking reality?

This. If you change yourself, you change how you see the world.
