I get the feeling of new starts. Like someone waking up to see the morning sunrise and a small little path with forests and a few little birds. Looks like something out of an old rpg, a small starting town where you begin to test yourself as an adventurer. Like a tutorial level that gets you all prepared for the game ahead of you. It can be a little tedious playing through it the frist time, but over time you look back on it with fondness, and possibly nostalgia. Hope that analogy made sense.

To me it seems to suggest the beginning of changes and responsibilities being thrust upon you, but if you gain a strong foundation and work of the base skills, you'll be able to not only make it but excell in what it is you face. Like in any game sometimes you gotta grind on the small enemies at first to get a footing, but by the endgame they are no trouble at all.

This is a weird one so bear with me. I see a figure clothed in a strange cloth. They spin around and around like a whirling sufi dervish, however a series of blades float in the air around them. they are hard to approach but beautiful to see from afar. They look almost inhuman in their dance but have a solemn and focused dance. I think the figure is a woman, but I always have girls on the mind so it may just be me projecting. I see the full moon over a dark night sky. It shines down rays of hope an light onto the world below. However the question of loyalty arises. The moon itself changes as the times move, and perhaps the feeling you have too will do the same. However the moon eventually comes back to where it once was, it has its ups and downs but is predictable. Are you by any chance tansitioning into early adulthood. Everyone, sooner or later, will reach a point where the drastic changes that adulthood brings with it cause a complete and utter existential meltdown. I went through. My friends and family and parents all went through it, and the therapist i spent a short time talking to assured me its normal.
I know it seems like youll be stuck on your troubles forever, but you will grow with time.
You wont really get over them, but youll learn coping mechanisms to get past it and at least deal with them.
There are many things i have gotten past, but occasially still pop into my mind. They still sting when i think about the mistakes ive made, the people ive hurt, and the people who have hurt me, but it no loger acts as a road block.
The only shitty part is you simply cannot be taught how to deal with such things. You have to learn the skill on your own.
Just keep on keepin on. And never let you fool yourself. If you know what youre doing now is making you unhappy, then seek out the things that will.
But not drugs. Stay away from that stuff until you reach a good state of mind. Relying on them for happiness is an excellent way to do irreversible damage to your life.

This one was of a man, a man who has traveled far and wide, a man who is strong and has the very powerful appearance and aura. It seems that he has been lying under dirt, for when I called upon the spirit, it felt like it was rising from a deep slumber underneath the earth. Straight brown long hair, but eyes are a detail I did not pay too much attention to. I'd say they were not of a bright color. She is topless, but her breasts are still covered. How strange was it to be pulled to another realm entirely and not pull the spirit in mind to my own. A vertical shaft going down, with a large fan-like object spinning. The blades are sharp, and no matter how much pressure or force they seem to be pushing against, they do not break. From here, above, I could see that there was very little around. Some grass and plants next to the tunnel, the fan, and this monstrous worm creature on the opposing end, trying to break through into the surface. There's faint signs of a man inside of the mouth; a wizard, pursuer of the arcane and the unknown.

However, I am greeted by someone else. Someone that I cannot see the appearance of. They seem to be enjoying watching the show, and tell me that your spirit is the one that's down there, trying to break out. Then it proceeds to talk about how he thinks you're a fool that fights against that, which is impossible. The advice was such: to stop struggling and fighting against that which hurts you most. You're fighting and struggling and not realizing that there's another way out of any kind of an issue. You may be interested in such things, the unknown, and finding out knowledge, but yet you're a brute in the fashion of not seeing other possibilities.

A weathered man standing at the end of a large, open cave. Light shines upon him from above, but in turn, that reveals quite an uncomfortable sight. Piles of white, featureless corpses, and him just holding a sword before a pedestal. I feel like I have not been pulled into this, but it was more along the lines of an invitation to simply enter and perceive the sight. He tries to put the sword into the pedestal, but fails. There is a strangely common theme of men of darker skin, but yours was of simply being out too much in the sun, doing something outside. Weathered, with armor bright and golden that would belong upon a knight of faith - a paladin. There is very little of that to see there, for I could feel hope and faith slowly vanishing from this man's spirit. What a sad sight to see, a spirit losing faith in itself and of itself. It speaks to me, saying how he was trying to do something, to perform an action that he wanted to do for a while, but failing. He is hopeless and depressed, unwilling to do anything more but to skewer himself with the sword that has failed him.

I stop him, and tell him to be more faithful in both itself, it's actions, and to be more faithful and hopeful. He is a man that would easily be capable of performing just actions, and he is one that stands strong in his ideals and beliefs, but even the most strongest man can falter at times in the sight of failure. Don't know if this is the place to post my question but since your talking about spirit animals, here goes...

A long while ago I found my totem animal using a Youtube video. Never believed it would work but boy was I surprised when a large brown hawk landed on my arm. I believe it was a Red-tail.

Time past and I used the same video and a green snake slithered up my spine.

Flashforward to last month and I mediated using a new Youtube video and tried lying down instead. A black viper was hissing and trying to strike me but a smaller and more brown hawk (falcon?) came and attacked it.

So my question is what does it all mean? Why did I get different animals? Is the snake my shadow totem and what is it trying to say? What is your experience with hawk spirits?

Can't never tell if its a hawk or falcon, only time I was sure was the first mediation by the seize of the raptor and its familiar cry. Any good way to tell them apart?

My last one for today.

A cave yet again I find myself, and it makes me wonder that a lot of you people seem to be busy with one thing or another. That, or you're not willing to find just a bit of time for my idle curiosities. The focus is on a treasure chest, and there's traps that swing back and forth, traps that would easily kill one if they were not careful. A man was watching and waiting, dressed in black and grey; a thief. A face I cannot see, but the vague form I can. He says to watch, and I do. And I see him weave through traps as if it was a simple thing for him, until he gets sliced up a bit by one. Not a major wound, per se, but one he's willing to ignore.

He grabs the chest and runs away, and I can find him outside counting the money. There's a sapphire amulet with a woman there, and it makes me wonder if he's wanting to find himself a girl to have. I read the falcons and hawks have different messages. Red-tailed hawk was said to be link to the base chakra and that they never leave you so I figured that meant it was my power/totem animal.
