Sit down in a comfortable position, clear your mind COMPLETELY, Focus on your breathing. After a while you will feel your heartbeat and the blood flowing through your veins. Soon you will feel like you are rocking back and forth and rotating (Think the spins) This may freak you out but keep your mind clear. Soon there will be vivid violent vibrations. Soon after you can Astral Project. Sometimes you will see things like the thousand petal flower unfolding. It depends but the more you do it the faster you will get results and Astral Projection, Visions, and Ego Death.

No problem, Astral Movement is a freaky experience at first, but you have to get through it.
>>18294466
Keep at it, The more you do it the more you can accomplish.
>>

The objective of all this is to fundamentally change your neural networks. Any of those things will help, even if you do them one at a time (and make it your new habit)

- Eating well (no added sugar is the biggest thing IMO)

- Exercising

- No (or less) porn and masturbation

- No (or less) mindless brain-fogging entertainment (in my experience the most brainfogging game in existence is Football Manager)

- Mindfullness, always. Getting angry? Depressed? Anxious about the future? Mindfullness.

And of course meditation, the most popular one being about focusing on your breath and bringing your awareness to the breath all the time (the mind will wander a lot for a ling time, but it will get better with practice)

Do i really have to sit? Like i feel when sitting inwould always get destracted by thinking about a more comfortable position. So i tried to lay down on my back and try to meditate that way.

I first tried to get sleep paralysis through this or lucid dreams which i read can be initiated through sleepparalysis but later on my goal switched to meditations at best with visions and astral projection
Does that work? I got into a point where i felt my body vibrating but i stopped it by moving my chin which felt like it was biting really hard.

hm lying down may be a problem for breathing, but i think i know not enough about that to say its bad.

Finding a good position and a good place is the first step.

When you make it an habit to sit in the same position (one that won't cause you problems in the long run) and in a good place (not many distractions, but with fresh air etc), over time you will stop having thoughts about the place or the position you sit.

Just like you probably don't think about the way you sit at your computer chair if you use it for a long time.
