Now there is a noise like a small electric motor like in a toy car coming from out of my window, which is on a flat wall 35ft above the ground.

OP back. I went and got a drink. It's not an RC. The metal noise was from my wooden bedframe, and the motor noise was to low pitched.

I probably just accidentally freaked. It was probably nothing outside, and the metal noise could have been plumbing
