Hi /x/, I live in a farm and there's a separate building meant for guests, and I'm sure there's a peaceful spirit in it.
How do I let them move on?
I don't want to call the priest because exorcism feels too aggressive, the spirit wants no harm after all.
Are there any guides that might help me?

Maybe the peaceful spirits are fulfilling a higher purpose of watching over this little building meant for guests. I would let them stay.

Tell us more about the spirit, OP. Does it show any behavior that indicates it wants to move on? Have you acknowledged its presence or tried to make contact in any way?

Depends on the spirit, exorcisms have peaceful send offs. They're just given a free therapy session over whatever happened to cause them not to pass on and then told to walk into the light or something.
