You can make something like a glitchy entity that as a bug error starts consuming the universe; that in fact is a program.


The glitch dark entity can be the form of something related to the game but with a littke "off touch". Or it can be something sudden that rips in the game (apart from the antagonist and unrelated).

You can not give it a story or even make it another personality that manifests depending on the situation.

Try to draw it. Think of it as a phenomenna rather than an antagonist.

An oversized Needle which can puncture through the enemy defenses.

Or how about flying Furniture possessed by an Poltergeist and the player has the chance to either attack the furniture directly to get less Damage or the player could try to attack the poltergeist , the player will be, in that case , hit by some highdamage hits but in exchange gets a higher chance to get better items or more money or even both .
