She was a Canadian tourist who died in the hotel after drowning in the roof top water tank. Her body was discovered after residents complained of low water pressure and putrid water. It's unclear how she got to the roof. There's eerie surveillance cam footage of her in a malfunctioning elevator. She went missing in 2013 iirc.
