That's all I have for now. I've got some work to do here. Enjoy.
>>
>>18236028
Only explanation I can think of is this:
The vault isn't completely air tight and the air condenses under the coffins, causing them to slide off and crash.

Sure thing, friend. I've told it before, but didn't save it.
>be me
>night shift in lockdown unit (behavioral/Alzheimer floor)
>have patient with early onset dementia (due to a lesion on her brain)
>she speaks jibberish to herself constantly while awake
>tonight is different
>it sounds fucking demonic
>3am, she still won't go to sleep, continues to summon Satan in her room
>finally quiet
>5am, time to push some pills
>get to the demons room, I crack the door open
>can faintly see her in the dark
>she's laying prostrate, eyes wide open, staring at the roof
>her fucking smile is huge, and she has perfect teeth
>myjimmiescanttakeit.gif
>she realizes I'm standing at the door
>her eyes dart over and pierce my soul (she didn't turn her head)
>nope'd and let the next nurse take her meds in

Not really paranormal, but spooked me good.

My mother -- also a nurse -- always says we have more to fear from the living than the dead. I worked a month of nightshift at a hospice and used to jump out of my skin when I was casually stocking something up or changing a catheter in the pitch black and a poor dementia patient starts muttering in their sleep!
>>
>>18236354
Nothing like pissing yourself right when you get a sterile field.
>>
>>18236362
ha! what kind of ward are you in right now?
>>
>>18236373
Home health. One patient. Pretty simple. The spookiest part is my patients hick family.
>>
>>18236257
Nu, the stories cant end, the creepy noise from out side havent stoped yet
>>
>>18236437
Lol, me and 2 other staff members used a Ouija board in an empty room at the rest home, but nothing came of it, unfortunately. But that's bout all I got.
>>
>>18236447
this along with the noises outside(im not kidding, people are out there doing something) are preventing me from peeing
>>
>>18236257
thanks for all the posts. got a good spook going
>>
I'm a home health caregiver. Have yet to be present at moment of death. How about you Nursefag, any stories about that kind of stuff? Have your dying patients seen their (dead) loved ones in the room, waiting to guide them to the afterlife?

The most notable one that comes to mind happened to two nurse aids. They were turning and drying the patient when she raised up (off her death bed) and pointed at something in the room that the aides couldn't see. They said she had the most horrified look on her face, it chilled them. She died that same night. She was apparently a really mean woman, so rumor was that some demon came to take her soul. But that"s just nursing home banter.

>>18236471
Shit dude, you live in the ghetto?

Also, on a non nursing note. My grandpa was a deacon at his church (back in the day). He was asked to go with the preacher and a couple other deacons to a dyeing man's home. He was a God hater (don't know if you believe in God or not, but nonetheless) grandpa said that he refused to talk to them, but when he died he started screaming and blisters appeared on the man's feet. Grandpa said he was standing in hell before he took his last breath.
>>
>>18236522
no, I live in the suburbs of a city
>>
>>18236503
Also, from one nurse to another, the death thing gets old. You'll get to where bodies and death don't bother you. And don't freak out when their dead, but they still fart and moan a little. Just fyi.
>>
>>18236447
Britfag, work in residential care, adults with autism, they're generally really chilled, but one of my dudes sometimes sleepwalks and talks...

When I say talk, he whispers phrases over and over, rapidly too, like he doesn't stop to breathe: stuff that's been said to him by his dad over the years "you've ruined your day" and "you're a very naughty boy". Worked with him 6 years, still scares the piss out of me.
>>
>>18236554
Holy shit, that's spooptastic. The mentally ill are terrifying. On that note, if/when I get dementia, I hope that all my /x/ memories don't manifest and I see shit.
>>
>>18236569
Yeah, it really is. When he's awake he's awesome, really kind bloke that just needs a bit of support to get through the day. At least when I started work here my boss did warn me this would happen from time to time, it really is like something from a horror film :(
>>
>>18236074
Nice, except that girl was found in a mineshaft and had been murdered. That 'something evil' in the desert was the gunny himself. He killed her
>>
>>18236308
its actually all bullshit, there's no record of any of this happening.

story has a bunch of Masonic connotations and plot devices, was probably some sort of 'in-joke' or whatever by Stonemasons. The Oak Island thing also has the hallmarks of Masonic trolling but that's been taken over by normies and also there may be a real archaeological site there (not a treasure pit).

I don't understand why this is creepy. He just fucked off into the woods. Leave him alone.
>>
>>18236503
In the hospice I worked in, doors used to rattle when a patient was close to death. I saw a lot of death there; death isn't how you imagine it, it's usually slow and rattly, especially amongst older people, but it's always nice to see them at peace when they're gone. As strange as it sounds, I always enjoyed performing last offices, especially on patients I'd looked after a lot. The saddest one was a woman I'd grown really fond of that passed away from MND - the short time I knew her, she taught me so much about life. That's why I had to leave palliative care, I was too fond of my patients and each death got sadder.

I read it supposedly never happened, but something very similar happend in vault in my are. Turned out that ground water got in at very high water levels every decade or so and the coffins just floated around for some days until it receded.
>>
>>18238702
ah ok, you just want to basically share creepy chain emails like a bunch of retarded senior citizens.

post some more stories about how you saw a skinwalker while partying in the woods with Chad and Tad, that shit absolutely never gets old or stale brah!!!!
