Hey /x/,

I'm house sitting for a neighbor and found this guy. Apparently he was stolen from Key West and brought to this neighborhood (Maryland) and has been making his way around the neighbor's houses, with the addition of the glasses and beads. He's heavy as shit and his hair is horse hair, he seems pretty legit.

Can any of you identify him? My friend seems to think he's a medicine man and the skull staff with the location he's from makes me think that it's something voodoo but I have no knowledge or experience with voodoo so I'm pretty blind here.
