In the Czech Republic, there is a kind of a folk legend that says that there is an entrance to hell in the Houska castle. I've heard about people going there and seeing/hearing shit but I can't back that up with anything.
This is what wikipedia has to say about a hole in the ground that's infamous for causing all this stuff
