Last night I was just about to fall asleep, like the point where you're basically asleep but slightly conscious.
Anyway, I was there, in bed and suddenly I felt something warm and it felt like I was being kissed on the ear, I heard the kiss as well.
I flipped out being confused as fuck and nothing was there.
This isn't the only time as well, last month the same thing happened but it felt like someone was grabbing my butt cheeks.
Have I gotten lonely enough to hallucinate that people are showing me affection?
Also some dude said on /r9k/ something about sparks in my peripheral vision
Which is kinda true but like I get flashes of light not really sparks.

Succubi are drawn to the hearts of lonely or pure men. Worth investigating, my dude.

Surely nothing bad will come from this.

There's your explanation. Hallucinations/dreams are not at all uncommon during stage 1 sleep. I hear voices all the time as I drift off. This is also the reason for the so-called myochlonic jerk. In fact, just the other day I was drifting off and swore an airplane buzzed me, and the sound was so loud I violently jumped up in my bed. Usually people get this from falling dreams.
tl;dr: It's no difficult task for your brain play tricks on you while you're falling asleep.
