So, I've been having this awful sensation inside my mind for almost a week now. Every time I go to bed and try to sleep i feel like I am in danger. The kind of danger that would make you think that you are about to die. Any clues on what might be causing it? Seriously, ANY advice is welcome because I feel like i'm going insane.
sleep paralysis
you can use that as a key to dreaming

OP here. I don't think it's that.
I don't know if I expresed my experience correctly because my english isn't perfect.
This doesn't happen while I'm asleep, it happens before I fall asleep.

do some research
sleep paralysis happens to everyone before sleep, our minds usually asleep when it onsets
Anxiety/angst + overactive imagination = shitposts on /x/
The world is pressuring you to abandon the old way of thinking. It's telling you that if you don't, you will be "left behind".

More vague horseshit, please.

You think of yourself as an individual that is separate from an objective physical reality.
Reality is based on subjective perception and we are all one.

Wow man, you're like, really deep.

You aren't making sense.
>you think of yourself as an individual that sepearate from an objective physical reality.
A.) Not sure why you think that.
B.) "Objective" and "Individual" were completely unnecessary to that sentence and makes you sound like you're trying way to hard to show of your vocabulary.
You are in
danger.
