It's true. AB for example is really rare and people think it's a "cool" group to have but it's associated with a lot of bad perks, for example:

Honestly, I found the most negative health things associated with AB and the most positive things associated with O. A and B were kinda in the middle.

Only thing interesting about blood types I know of is they'll only change if you have a marrow transfusion or something but despite that, mine went from A+ as a kid to O+ when I was old enough to donate
