I've tried working with the love spirits of the goetia a few times, particularly Sitri, Sallos, and Zepar.

Sitri was working well but also there were some unpleasant side effects. Sallos was nice and courteous and worked well but the effect diminished after a few weeks. Zepar was nice enough, though I am still waiting on him to work. Sallos is more love than sex, and is especially good at causing infatuation, so he is probably who you want.

I've worked with Dantalion too, although not specifically for love. He was probably the most agreeable spirit form the Goetia that I have worked with. I asked him to teach me about psychology and he was very helpful in that regard. If used for a love spell all of these spirits would work somewhat differently.
