If the occult/magic is true, how do you cope with knowing that

I'm actively trying to use positive thought to heal the world, especially those who are an active part of my life, such as family and friends.

I imagine alot of chaos magicians justify not doing that by claiming that people could use magic to help themselves, but they don't so they deserve to suffer. Pretty edgy bullshit if you ask me.

I think this assumes that everyone can access the occult/magic, which is pretty untrue. Two people can live identical lives, but one can be constantly flooded with supernatural experiences while the other hasn't ever seen an unexplainable occurrence or anything of the sort. I think it's a small number of people who know how to access the paranormal, even if they do it by accident, and so it's unreasonable to think that they could stop all evil.

Noob here. I understand that you can't perfectly impose your will because
1- there are something akin to god's plans
2- you run out of some kind of energy - mana
3- the subject is highly experimental and erratic

Which ones are true? If none at all, could you explain any others?
