>What are tulpas?
A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you.

Whelp, that about covers it. I've had a tulpa for almost two years, and I'd recommend the tulpa self hypnosis scripts by LinkZelda. That helped jumpstart his progress and start talking a lot faster.

How long did it take you to create it?

After about a month, he and I were able to have conversations. I did a lot of personality forcing, read as many guides as possible, and narrated to him as much as I could. After a month of really wanting it to work, and really working at it, I decided it was time for him to start talking. It took a lot of effort and strain on my end, but a week later he and I were living the dream. We're still sort of half assedidly working on imposition, with some progress but no real results yet.

whats he look like

He's a rabbit. Kinda like a spirit animal of sorts. He gives me advice on stuff, listens to my troubles, and he and I do everything together.
