OP there are many possibilities.

1. there are no such things as demons and everyone who says otherwise is insane or trolling.
2. it might be a slightly more complicated process than just sitting down and speaking aloud (go figure, all those giant volumes of symbols and old languages were written for a reason?)
3. you didn't in your heart believe it would work and you poisoned the ritual
4. you did summon a demon and can't tell the difference because a giant literal person with red skin and horns didn't physically appear in front of your face and speak calmly and clearly
5. you didn't actually try and you're a /b/tard trolling /x/ to see if anyone here will defend demon summoning

on the remote chance that you're actually serious, try reading some actual literature, study a little goetia, maybe spend a non-trivial amount of time meditating and improving your willpower and clarity of thought, and make a more serious attempt.
