So watch them from a distance, its very unlikely they are armed with anything but knives, but they probably have knives, maybe even daggers. They are satanists, you don't play Pokémon Go like that and they are clearly trying to preform black magic (which involves some sort of sacrifice somehow). They may just be at the church trying to desiccate it with curses as their form of sacrifice, or maybe they are actually burning/killing things on the spot. Check for blood or burn marks in the grass after they leave.

To be honest, this sounds pretty organized for 10 people on a regular basis, and its clearly a malicious curse they are trying to produce. So, they may not be the most friendly folk. Keep a distance, stay armed and try to minimally speak with them. Don't ask them questions, only tell them to leave, if that. First night, I'd stake out and just watch, not be noticed until I can see what they are doing.

OP here with an update. While making my interior round I got a call from a sister who said she could see them from a window, she counted 12 people all dressed in hooded robes with ropes around the waist. She was a bit hard to understand, but she said they were in a close circle and they were all eating something. I was clear on the other end of the site and it took me about ten minutes by walking and I didn't see anyone at all. I don't want to work here anymore.

Okay guise, OP here with one last update.

I'm at work again, and got a call from the same sister who said the cult was out front again "looking like they're having a good time." This time I was out the door before I even got off the phone with her, and there was no one out there at all.

Pretty disappointing, I know. Was a fun ride while it lasted, but dimentia is one hell of a disease. It makes me wonder what she was actually seeing and how terrifying it is for her. Makes me feel bad.

Like I said, I have worked security for about 6 years and I do have some other spooky experiences that have happened if anyone is interested in hearing them. Otherwise, thanks everyone for the contributions to one of my first threads on /x/.
