Can you tell me what the shit is this thing that I just caught on camera?!

I was taking a picture of the needle hanging from a single spiderweb but there is something else over there. It was dark after the flash but i swear that thing looked me right in the eyes and walked inside me. Feeling kind of foggy right now.
