OP, its the chaos symbol. The people in this thread saying its used by chaos magicians are correct. But they neglect to say that it is also just used as a "chaos symbol" with no magical implications, by lots of subcultures like punk rock (especially crust punk), etc

God Kek is an egypcian deity that was both the God of Darkness and the God of the Light just before Dawn( i.e. bringer of light).

Well, the question was what that symbol represent, and I already gave the awnser.

Now, going a little deeper into the rabbit hole, this just means that Dugin's accolytes are probably getting ready for the end times that must happens withing the next 8 years. This is why this symbol is starting to appear so often. They are a badge of honor and also a way to identify them among others.
