Here's the account that posted it, only has 35 subscribers posted from a "Mohamed Squallli" yet the video has 39k viewers. This is true for the Facebook account that posted it "Fytz TV"

Most likely this is a part of a national geographic documentary on subliminal messaging, and after showing you how it works they're going to show you how it's being used on you in the real world. Most likely by businesses to get you to buy more things, 'cause that's what they do.

I watched this segment before on Nat Geo. The "Right now" part with the guy standing next to the mailbox didn't exist in the original airing.
