More like I can feel people who seem to always be there and that I can only glimpse when everything is shutting down for sleep.. or drugs or meditation can do that too. Like you're on their same "wavelength" and can see them. Are they always there? Idk. They could be timeless. They pop in and see you but to you they're there for an indefinite amount of time. If anything you should be extremely fascinated with the concept of being outside of time.

often. doesn't have to be when i'm falling asleep. happens during the day, as well. some days/nights are worse than others. worst part is when i look impulsively as if something has gotten my attention or feel the staring coming from a certain direction and when i look sometimes i get the feeling that i'm looking someone in the eyes.
