I'm a visitor from /lit/. What are some /x/-approved books available on Audible?
I was going to suggest House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski but then you said "on audible" and this is a book you seriously should hold in hand. It plays a lot with formatting and text. Words all over the place. Newspaper clippings. It's neato.

Yeah it's definitely on my reading list but also definitely not on my listening list.
Robert Monroe trilogy even if its not on audible
Thomas Ligotti for bizarre short horror stories.
M.R. James or Algernon Blackwood for classic ghost/supernatural stories.

>Algernon Blackwood
Seconding this. You could also go with some Poe, although that much is obvious.
Try Lovecraft too, but expect a very samey feel from his stories.

The Call of the Cthulhu by H.P. Lovecraft
>The book, not the game.
