You've got blood traveling the upside of your head on either side, you can feel them with your fingers in the right spots near your temple.
It's also you heartbeat.
If your heart is beating enough and you sit up straight, (still positon) or laying down, you'll notice you ever so slightly jerk in a direction due to the pump of your heart.

When laying down, it's just your bloodflow pumping through your body as you lay there.

Quit making it something it isn't. By this standard, anything you put your head and chest against is breathing.
