I had a weird experience a few minutes ago and I want to hear the opinion of /x/philes.
I was on my bed using the phone posting in another board and I got lost in thought and in a sort of automatic reflex, moved my head facing the wall. After about a minute, I felt that I could not move and every noise around me intensified as it was all going to be compressed inside my head, I came out of it after like 5 seconds and jerked my head trying to understand what the fuck just happened. ? Was I spiritually attacked?
I'm a bit shocked and would like to know.

It couldn't had been sleep paralysis because I wasn't sleeping or trying to, I was reading a thread and was very conscious. It was out of nowhere that I felt the noise becoming extremely heavy and intensyfing, until I napped out of it. It felt like I had some cables or was being hold by wires, it was bizzare.
