Oh, in that sense no. The reason occultism is so frowned upon is because it gives ordinary people power. It's safe to assume that a lot of the people in power practice some form of occultism, but obviously they're going to do their best to hide it because it's still taboo.

I can't imagine there would be many leaks of such things, as being exposed would ruin their lives. Conspiricy wise the occult is pretty crappy, but if you want to learn it it's much more interesting.
