Read the Wikipedia talk page for takeover incidents. The Wyoming incident was made by some Something Awful goons and uploaded to the early Google video service. As for sources they used? That's their trade of secrets I guess. The faces could've been done with old Poser software. Probably Poser 4. Some reversed audio clips and spooky lines and a static overlay. It's effective but has probably no meaning.
