Something about this is off. The way she acts is insanely forced, it reminds me of Poppy. While Poppy is obviously a character, this doesn't feel like acting. As a healthcare professional in her latest Q&A video she absolutely appears to be in a manic state. Whether this is organic in nature or the result of something like a stimulant i.e. amphetamines, can't really be discerned, but her bizarre energy, disorganized thought, cyclical sentences, and repetition/fixation on certain words and ideas "I HAVENT CHANGED I HAVENT CHANGED AND YOU HAVENT CHANGED EITHER SO THAT MEANS I HAVENT CHANGED" is striking, that part of the video in particular seems to be showing some paranoid/schizotypical features as well. Not to mention she seems like she's about to cry. This sort of behavior is typical of people who are in a BPD crisis particularly in the manic phase. in the Amsterdam video, she's obviously just feeling nervous about acting all hyper-happy-girly-jumpy in front of all the fucking passers by in public.
The bruises looked like grab marks, could be from anything from abuse to rough sex to somebody grabbing her too hard when she fell on a night out.
The biggest noticeable thing is her ranting, she repeats herself and her tone/inflection is fucking weird, especially when I'm relatively familiar with the accent (am britbong).

My guess: Possible abusive boyfriend, likely addicted or regular user of some kind of drugs.
As for whoever is saying she's in some kind of cult, I doubt it. She's probably just a wiccan or some basic shit like that, it's not entirely uncommon in the weird alt punk girls we get sometimes.
The problem with calling the police is that if she's on drugs, they'll jail her. If she's being abused, they can't do shit until she actually goes to them herself and asks them to do shit, which she could likely do at any point if wanted. The most that would happen is they'd give her a discreet victims of domestic abuse pamphlet.
