Never read a story of anyone fighting greys. Most of the time people are very docile or fear stricken around them. Good news is that after an encounter you will probably not remember it, or you won't even see them but see an animal like an owl instead.

But I've read a good bit of alien stuff on this internet, and I'm of the idea that the art looks scary enough it's burnt into our collective conscious and they aren't real. I think there's something to it but in the same way there's something to Bigfoot. TONS OF SIGHTINGS. ABSOLUTELY NO (solid) EVIDENCE. Maybe it's a reflection on how human brains work, maybe it's supernatural but not with a physical presence. So maybe that can ease your fear.

There's no reason to be afraid of aliens. An intelligent alien species, presumably even more intelligent than us if they have the technology to reach us from god knows have many light years away, would have much better things to do than probe your asshole. I met a grey before. I was lying in bed near lucid dreaming hypnogogic state. I felt a presence, and it projected a form that looked like Deanna Troy from star trek. As cute as this line of thought is, a lot of fun the theories behind alien existence presume that they would come from a similar environment to our planet that could sustain life, and that due to convergent evolution they would develop similar features as we did in order to survive in that environment.
