>You should move towards that pillar and kneel.
>grasp the colored pillar and you will suddenly be electrified with all the variable objects and things that has that same color. For example if you chose green, you are quickly seeing all the positive things that are green flash before yourself. You should feel the color in you and it should be healing you in the process.
>Give each color enough time before moving to the next
>The complexity of the colors is dependent on your patience and will. You can make it as simple as possible.
>It is up to you to imagine the colors and what they express for you.
>Once you are complete with the outer circle, you may proceed with the inner circle.

There is another side to your gut besides "feeling". There is a side called "logic". Both of course work together most of the time. But if you ever want to explore the logic parts of your instinct, this can be done rather simply.
>Imagine yourself inside a large spacious room of your choosing with a single "access point" of your choosing. Most people pick computers these days. People in the past chosen a paper that fills itself.
>The object is the object of nothing but true objectivity. This object, should represent nothing but pure math. There is no emotions whatsoever involved in the decision making of the object.
>If you feel like you need to invoke this plane, first approach the object of your making and understand the differences between your subjective self and objective self.
>Begin with simple questions. The answers should be rather fast. Imagine the answers as the most obvious ones. Imagine the "processor" is like a calculator.
