Grave Encounters, the first and the sequel, are great. I am a sucker for the "found footage" style movie, and I found both on Netflix one night. They're pretty well done and creepy, and different than a lot of the other "found footage" style horror movies.

If you don't like that style, you'll probably still like the movie. Both the first and the second are really well done and build suspense just right. By the end when shit is going down you'll be freaked out.
