Also, I'm not entirely sure how demonology itself has to be (as I assume you depict it) evil. Most demonologists I've heard of tend to be the ones combating the things.

All I'm saying is, it seems strange to outright ignore the unsavory elements. Particularly if you want to heal and protect, you should know what you're protecting someone from. Like understanding contemporary weapons before you can build armor to defend against them.
