Human remains were recently discovered in the fireplace of my grandparents' old home (both died about a decade ago). They appear to be very old, but no forensic work has been done yet. The house was built in in the 19th century and served as a civil war hospital, but it seems unlikely that doctors would hide a body in the fireplace, no? Pretty spooky that my dad grew up there.

i linked the story. can you not read?
you're grandparents were probably involved in satanic practices.

Let me rephrase what he said so that even a noob little kid can understand: pics or it didn't happen. How the fuck do we know that house belonged to your grandparents? You could be just some teenaged attention whore who found a random story online and wanted people on 4chan to think he was cool and comment. Your post has no content, you have no creepy stories about your experiences or your dad's experiences, therefore, your post sucks big hairy ball sacks and nobody wants you to repost until you know what the fuck this board is about. Did you read that?

yeah this board is garbage i just thought id share something actually real and interesting to me. if i wanted attention i could come up with something better than this. pretty tame story honestly.
i guess you just like to circlejerk about clearly fake paranormal events.

You've figured /x/ out pretty quickly.

my grandmother was very involved in the church, but that might have been just a cover-up......

They don't know that the remains are human.
