I spent atleast 13hours the other day reading creepypasta. I literally fell asleep reading Fairies at 10am (which personally I found disappointing at the end)
The best two or three I read were psychosis, the seer of possibilities and smile.dog (not because it was particularly scary and the picture was stupid but the story was, idk, gripping or something)
Jeff the killer I found to be overly stupid. It's like the writer just found a picture and wrote a story around it using tropes from anime and 80s movies with stupid antagonists.

I remember reading this on /k/. Basically some virulent plague spread in the compound, and the poster was part of a squad sent to extract a prisoner who was somehow immune to the outbreak. Read like the script of an action movie, with everyone from the dude's squad dying. His sergeant committed suicide when his MOPP 4 suit was breached and he began to show symptoms of the disease. IIRC at the very end of the greentext the poster successfully makes it out with the target prisoner and is afraid that he'll get killed so he doesn't leak his story (e.g. on an anonymous image board) so he strikes a deal with the people "in charge" and fakes his death.
