I came in at the tail end of the last thread. I used the email on the website. I contacted him a week ago when the OG thread went up saying I wanted in. They said they aren't accepting new members due to internal struggles.

I deciphered this in the OG thread, it's how I got in contact with Cipher. He gave a clue to contact him, I discovered it was going to be "Outlook", instead of the regular "Gmail", "Cipher" from the OG-thread confirmed this thought of me at the time.

The title was translated by using the Caesarian Shift, using the shift of 20 letters.

The other text was encrypted using Vigenere, the passphrase was "contact".

The member of the Haven talked about is Socrates, he talked with us using Twitter.

There's a poll for his punisent; Do NOT vote for Rehabilitation (five days).

The former leader of the Haven, Drake Mayweather, has been sent to rehabilitation and Coleman said he will obey the rules as a puppet in the future. The same will happen to Socrates if he were to go there.

Personally, I think he should not be stripped of his privileges either, so it leaves but one option.
