It's a devotional rosary for the mothers and fathers of witchblood.

North is snake vertebrae, NE is red jasper, E is agate, SE is red aventurine, S...I don't recall, wanted malachite, could be some form of fluorite, but can't recall the mineral. SW is blue soldalite, W is amethyst, NW is goldstone (dark glass with copper occlusions). Black and white spacers are cow bone and onyx.

Attached is a piece of gibeon meteorite, visible here >>17774045, making it more a talismanic than a mantra rosary.
