Given that Obama released his "birth video" in response to truthers (which was actually that sequence from the Lion King), I suspect that if this happens it'll actually be a statement about how the government's found UFOs to be completely fake, just to troll people who've been asking for it.

(Mind you, I'd be very surprised if that were true, since I'd bet good money that at least some UFO sightings are actual still-classified experimental aircraft and spacecraft. UFOs are probably not actually completely fake and the government probably does know something about them.)
