I did astral project today! I was flying around some huge huge, ancient mayan looking corridors that had stone gates that opened when I walked by. It was fucking sick, man.

I've been experimenting with lucid dreaming since some weeks ago. I've never really remembered dreams the moment I got up, and I already increased that greatly.
I've had a few lucid dreamings, and I'm happy about progress.

But why are lucid dreams and astral projections related?

Because it gives you some control while sleeping to do the AP. The process is similar, but its easier to lucid dream ofcurse.
