I assume the piano and stuff is from his past. If you watch his old videos it looksl ike some of them are filmed in a much nicer place, like a proper house. Im not sure what happened between those videos and him moving into the Spracken House flat. Maybe he had a breakdown of some kind and that flat was some kind of care in the community housing provided for him. It seems to be surrounded by healthcare businesses so maybe they put him there so he could have his freedom but also be in close contact with his health workers.
