I grew up in a town next to it ,the fort was abandoned and relocated in San Diego , I knew about it when I was a kid but never put attention to it ,also next to the town there's a big artillery and mine field blocked to the public , they are slowly demolishing the buildings ,you should take a visit before it disapears

It's no secret really, right off Highway 1. There's an abandoned military brigg which is a bit inland and really fucking cool. Tons of stuff out there,

Skate spots, a lot of good graffiti and some areas with unexploded ordinance,
