I think because we are intelligent it must also be intelligent

however it is not all powerful or impossible to defeat because if it were then we would not even be able to conceive of it in the first place, unless it has a contingency to destroy belief in it once we develop technology capable of interacting directly with it.

As a side not, I think reality is programmable like a computer and that god is the programmer.

And those things you mention are appetizing and interesting to explorer, but a little far from the point (at this time).

Regarding the second milestone, I suppose that since the whole idea behind Plank's rationale is that matter comes into the form that we know it, as a physical manifestation/condensation of something else...

therefore, one would have to reverse that process, if one were to effectively stop existing in the material world. That would be what OP probably wants in order to escape and leave the subjective/fake physical reality behind.
