Ever since the age of 14-15 i've seen unexplainable things.

Ever since the age of 14-15 i've seen unexplainable things. Things like moving object, lights/burning lights going on and off and what some might call ghosts. I've always been a sceptic, not jumping to conclusions or try to play. I'm healthy and got no mental disorders. My mom is a believer of ghosts and spirit but have never seen anything herself, we always argue and debate. Never told ANYONE of my experiences, until a few months ago.

>be invited to party, family members and friends
>get introduced, alot of people i don't know
>someone grabs me by my hand
>hot 30's woman looks me dead in the eyes and says "you see them too"
>mom comes and introduce us
>hot woman start rabbling about me being spirit sensitive, i got a link to someone from the past and shit.
>start telling about very specific things i've experienced
>again never told anyone
>i start to freak out

Could all of this be true, am i spirit sensitive? Do ghosts/spirits/demons exist?
