As far as I know Belial is known for providing familiars so sacrificing animal would very likely be abusive for him. You could try Raum since he is known to solve love issues. I don't belive animal sacrifice is a good idea(mostly because in spiritual satanism, aka, talking to demons all animals are sacred and idk if Raum would be understanding in this case). You could try using his sigil for summoning instead. Just be careful with circles and triangles, as these are symbols of binding and could be found offensive by demons.

Although I meant what I said, and I would have made that deal, I see now that a summoning for something like this might not be worth it. You need no sacrifice, insence do fine. the only reason for the live animal sacrifices was that the blood of a fresh killed animal would give off visible fumes to have a visual conjuration of the entity of your choice. I have personally been working with paimon. He is one of the great kings of hell, and has helped me through some of the hardest times recently. The only pay a spirit should and and should want to receive is to see you grow as a person both mentally and physically. If a spirit does ask for something simply command the entity to rethink their inconvenient or unorthodox request and simply choose something doable IN THE RIGHT SENSE obviously so death or torture with ever be tolerated no need to worry.
first draw out the sigil >pic related
write out your desires on a separate paper or nicely next to the sigil. which dosent need to be perfect. get yourself into a meditative state relax and call out to the entity using his or her name.
repeat this until you "know' there or feel a presence in the room with you, do keep in mind this is evocation, only bringing the spirit before you not in you.
It may not be visible for the first time but you will either automatically know what to do or already know what the spirit is saying. this is also a trust game, you need to trust what your feeling and hearing/knowing isnt fake. otherwise the whole ritual will be void. once you feel or know the spirit is present state your wishes and close the temple. obviously say thank you. and simply say "this temple is now closed" than you must burn the sigil and your desires thus sealing the ritual just completed.
