Any other empaths here?
I've been in a weird position for the past 6 months, I moved in with someone who has paranoid schizophrenia and ever since then I've had a hard time shielding my self from the paranoid vibes, Now I have to try and distinguish between my emotions, the persons emotions and now just random paranoid delusional thoughts, it feels like I'm going crazy, who knows I might be. Moving out is not a option for at least another couple months. Anyone have any insights on how I can better shield myself? Thank you.
Might be able to help though I'd rather talk over Skype.

You should get better shields and buy some herbs and incense to burn in the house/ apartment to help you out.

All my life since I was around 4 if I start to inexplicably feel sad, someone lost someone close or lost their job.
Empathy isn't just feeling the emotional state of people its also understanding the thought pattern at the time.
The worst was any time I go got the hospital. Pain in multiple parts of my body.
