Any info in the inventor. Hendricus Loos?

Shit the rabbit hole goes deep in this one.
>>
OP, I had a dream similar to yours.

I had a dream that throughout a television program a short message would be played on a loop, with the program and commercials played over it. Every time there was a silence in the program/commercial you're aware of watching, a quick snippet of the hidden message would get through. Eventually after you'd finished the episode, you'd have had the message broadcasted to your subconscious several times over. TV is the fucking devil.

Computer monotors and TV monitors can be made to emit weak low-frequency electromagnetic fields merely by pulsing the intensity of displayed images. Experiments have shown that the 1/2 Hz sensory resonance can be excited in this manner in a subject near the monitor. The 2.4 Hz sensory resonance can also be excited in this fashion. Hence, a TV monitor or computer monitor can be used to manipulate the nervous system of nearby people.

For a computer monitor, the image pulses can be produced by a suitable computer program. The pulse frequency may be controlled through keyboard input, so that the subject can tune to an individual sensory resonance frequency. The pulse amplitude can be controlled as well in this manner. A program written in Visual Basic(R) is particularly suitable for use on computers that run the Windows 95(R) or Windows 98(R) operating system. The structure of such a program is described. Production of periodic pulses requires an accurate timing procedure. Such a procedure is constructed from the GetTimeCount function available in the Application Program Interface (API) of the Windows operating system, together with an extrapolation procedure that improves the timing accuracy.

Pulse variability can be introduced through software, for the purpose of thwarting habituation of the nervous system to the field stimulation, or when the precise resonance frequency is not known. The variability may be a pseudo-random variation within a narrow interval, or it can take the form of a frequency or amplitude sweep in time. The pulse variability may be under control of the subject.

The program that causes a monitor to display a pulsing image may be run on a remote computer that is connected to the user computer by a link; the latter may partly belong to a network, which may be the Internet.

>>
>>17517150
First of all, this could work, the science is valid as described in the link many authors have studied this particular field and the results speak for themselves.

if anyone is interested I can search for links.

Second I can't find the /pol/ thread can you link me to it?

I'm interested in what those paranoid bastards think about this.

I don't know this is amazing the bastard was ahead of his time, who is this guy?

Hendricus G loos, there so little information about him but judging by the patents, he worked on this for a long time with remarkable results.

This is remote mind control, pure sci fi shit, you can keep millions angry, depresed or furiosly masturbating from the couch of your house.

Who paid for this research?

How did he get away with it?

Are you incapable of taking this seriously?

According to his research he can do that, he can program apathy in you with a porn video.

Fuck I'm loving this, got to try some of this stuff.

>>
>>17517259
First:
It has been found that, indeed, physiological effects can be induced in this manner by very weak electric fields, if they are pulsed with a frequency near 1/2 Hz. The observed effects include ptosis of the eyelids, relaxation, drowziness, the feeling of pressure at a centered spot on the lower edge of the brow, seeing moving patterns of dark purple and greenish yellow with the eyes closed, a tonic smile, a tense feeling in the stomach, sudden loose stool, and sexual excitement, depending on the precise frequency used, and the skin area to which the field is applied. The sharp frequency dependence suggests involvement of a resonance mechanism.
Second
>the feeling of pressure at a centered spot on the lower edge of the brow,
Isn't that where the pineal gland is? Attacking the third eye is a sinister ability alone, but if you put a controller in someone's hands you have access to a lot more nerves. They can use any digital media and especially video games as more than a mental weapon.
>>
Certain monitors can cause excitation of sensory resonances even when the pulsing of displayed images is subliminal, i.e., unnoticed by the average person. When checking this condition on a computer monitor, a problem arises because of the rounding of RGB values to integers, as occurs in the VB6 program. For small pulse amplitude the sine wave is thereby distorted into a square wave, which is easier to spot. This problem is alleviated somewhat by choosing ΔR=0, ΔG=0, and ΔB=2, since then the 8 rounded sine functions around the unit circle, multiplied with the pulse amplitude ΔB=2 become the sequence 1, 2 11 2, 1, −1 −2, −2, −1, etc, which is smoother to the eye than a square wave. Using the VB6 program and the 15″ computer monitor mentioned above with R=71, G=71, and B=233, a ½ Hz pulse modulation with amplitudes ΔR=ΔG=0 and ΔB=2 could not be noticed by the subject, and is therefore considered subliminal

I'm going to /sci/ Keep searching for info plz.

Got to know who this fucker is.

Dr. Loos worked with other companies. In the late 1950s, his work with Plasmadyne Corporation yielded a patent for an “apparatus and method for generating and containing plasma having ultrahigh temperatures” (3).

A few years later, he worked with Douglas Aircraft’s Advanced Research Department studying electromagnetic fields, utilizing the Yang-Mills theory (4). He continued his research, publishing yet another article about Yang-Mills fields in 1969 in the American Physical Society Journal (5).

In the 1980s, it seems he set up shop in his Fallbrook, California home and developed Laguna Research Laboratory, working on government projects with the likes of the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, commonly known as DARPA (6). The projects include cost effective therapeutic aerosol devices and memory storage devices capable of learning.

During his work with Laguna Research Laboratory, Hendricus Loos participated in a conference with Neural Information Processing Systems, publishing a paper on Reflexive Associative Memories (7). Correlating documents can also be found in the Defense Technical Information Center (8).

There was a fucking thread about these patents on /pol/ or /x/ the other day and is related to the Mayday threads iirc. Hendricus Loos is an interesting fella, he filed these nervous system manipulation patents in 1999 most recently, searching his name bring up Cuewave Corporation, which he owned until he sold up to an unkown buyer, and if you search for other companies under the same branch you get freaky results indeed

>As the physiological effect of low-frequency stimulation has only been explored in cursory fashion, it needs to be studied further through research and clinical tests. Left to itself this would take a long time, since the matter is controversial and the physiological dynamics is influenced by obscure factors such as conditioning, sensitization, habituation and the placebo effect, as well as by the initial state of the endocrine- and autonomic nervous system.

>Meanwhile however, people may be at risk of having their nervous system manipulated covertly by unscrupulous individuals.

>Under these extraordinary circumstances, it was decided to write software for pulsing the brightness of monitor images and make the software available to the public, so that people can determine their susceptibility to the sensory stimulation, take protective steps, and generate collective concern that may spur appropriate further action.

The frequency is too low to do any kind exp. You could generate 0.5 hz em wave turning on and off battery every 2 s.
And if you consider human body as a closed body incoming electric flux is equal to outgoing electric flux. i.e net electric flux is zero.this guy saya charge distributions on the monitor produce em waves.that's simply not true.an accelerated charge produces EM waves not a stationary one.even if it produces em waves, its Amplitude will be very low.so I'm gonna call BS on this one.

I have found something interesting. There was this old document someone had posted in an MKULTRA thread which detailed the use of different frequencies and their effects. I think it is worth noting that some of the effects of the frequencies described in the software match the descriptions in the other document.Pic related. You can have a more in depth look at the other document here: https://www.docdroid.net/ZPXkgoz/brainwave-frequency-hz-planted-mind-control-mk-ultra.doc.html

>>
>>17523823
Well.

This what I got MKULTRA dudes did way to much recreational drugs (seriously, they write funny comments in the document).

Besides that they made a shit ton of research, they correlated the frequencies with chrakras, schumman resonance, and brainwaves, anything they could find.

Electromagnetic fields does affect the body, and the software "allegedly" can turn your monitor into a variable electromagnetic generator, now, in theory you could use the software to estimulate a shitload of responses in your body,

Does it work?

Fuck me if I know gonna need more research.

Alrighty....did a little bit more digging. Seems like our late Hendricus Loos married a lady named Roos (thats all I can find). They have a daughter named Ingrid M Loos, her father and her wrote some papers on Autism about shutdown states, stress and instability. This seems to be the only paper they've written on the subject though.

So from this we can infer something happened to our Hendricus, dead? gone somewhere? he would be 90-91 years old right now so there's a good chance he might've passed away. As for Ingrid's youtube page it seems pretty norms, she has over 1000 videos which is pretty fucked but it seems she uploads them for her students to learn. One more things that's worth noting is that she seems like an older woman from some of the videos around 2013 but in 2015 she uploaded a video called yardstick and she looks quite a bit older but I think it might just be the grey hair and me being tired. Back to the other stuff, the daughter "Rave" according to her youtube has autism which explains her father and her mothers involvement in the "field". I have a feeling some of his nervous system manipulative experiments can have side effects similar to autism at some frequency X.

>Apparatus and method for remote manipulation of nervous systems by the magnetic dipole field of a rotating bar magnet. Reliance on modulation of spontaneous spiking patterns of sensory nerve receptors, and exploitation of a resonance mechanism of certain neural circuits, allows the use of very weak magnetic fields. This, together with the large magnetic moments that can be obtained with a permanent bar magnet, makes it possible to effectively manipulate the nervous system of a subject over a distance of several hundred meters, using a small portable battery-powered device. The method can be used in law enforcement for standoff situations.

This got derrailed fast.

We still don't if it works.

Some of the other patents might work.

Follow my reasoning for a moment, you are a competent inventor of electromagnet gadgets, and you became interested or recieve the task to produce subliminal mind controlling, devices.

You have to develop an operational mind control machine.

I don't know if this works, but if we start from the presumption that it does work, how it works?

And someone else can make working machine?

If they give me the task of building this machine, I'll start from this guy research.

Because I don't have 40 years of experience in the field of electromagnetic for the manipulation of the nervous system.

But he does.
