strange ritualistic dream last night

I was carried by some sort of spell to a group of people wearing all black like this and then i had to swallow a worm without chewing it.

After I swallowed the worm I woke up.

Anyone know of any rituals like this? Also the worm would explode if i didn't swallow it whole i was told.
