Today happens to be my birthday, /x/, and, unfortunately, I have no plans aside from hanging with my pupper. Kind of expected it, so not too bummed, but still. B-but I said I was hanging with my doggo, anon? I've had my fair share of depression and suicidal episodes, but not for a while, anon. Actually, since stopping my medications, my depression and what have you has been way more manageable. I think I'm in an okay place. A transitional one, probably. You know, when you start trying to better yourself, so you cut the unhelpful shit ( and people) out of your life? I'm there. It's way more lonely than I had originally anticipated, but I feel like I'm doing better and maybe, hopefully growing.
