OP here. You can call bullshit if you like, or say I'm just grasping at the straws. The second picture could be nothing, but I didn't notice what I assume is a dress until the third time I reviewed the photo, like it just "appeared".

But the dreams are what get me. I'm not unfamiliar with nightmares, but these are different. I've never had a panic attack, but these dreams make me wake up feeling like I am having one (or what I assume one would feel like)

If you want it to stop, then forget about everything and stop talking about them. Anytime you bring a spirit up there's a chance they will be lured to you again, especially if it's a leech.

It's possible her mindset at death skewed the remant if her memory (the ghost) upon death and now she's attached to anyone who will think of her death and wonder about her.

Just leave it be. Unless you want to delve into it more. It could unlock some part of you. People become more aware after these things. As for the nightmares, don't let them get to you. Luckily have been getting some reprieve by burning sage before bed and I also have a coffee warmer that I throw a few leaves on so I know the smell continues. 1. I've looked online and pillaged through some of the libraries old records and newspapers. I found a little bit online, but nothing I hadn't already heard about.
