I found some sounds and a voice in the mp3 file that's in the website in the OP. The first sounds appears at the first seconds of the mp3, and the same sounds appears at the end and seconds before it finishes a voice appears, also the voice comes out from the right channel, which means that it was either recorded with two mics, or added later using a computer program (which is what I think was done)
Here's a vocaroo with the edited audio, I took out the audio in between because it didn't have any sound and only left the beginning and the end.
